We at the commercialappeal.com have built a blog aggregator to make surfing Memphis’ blogosphere a little easier. All the CA blogs are syndicated here (though you’ll have to click through to each for full text), and for the first time ever, the online folks are going to be published.

This is where the suits start stammering.

We’re going to attempt to keep track of all the blogs in the blogroll on the right, and we’re going to give you updates daily on who’s saying what and where so-and-so is playing tomorrow night. You know, the useful stuff.

Don’t see your favorite Memphis blog on the list? Give us a shout at onlinenews@commercialappeal.com and we’ll get it added asap.

Wanna get aggregated? We can easily add your blog to the syndication list. Just send us a link to your RSS feed, we’ll check it out, and if the content is up to our high standards (snort) we’ll start posting excerpts of your entries.

Why would you want to be aggregated? Because we’re going to promote this new endeavor all over the commercialappeal.com, the most popular website in the land. We’ll also be running print ads to try to interest the ol’ fogeys into dusting off their Tandys and seeing what this blogging ‘fad’ is all about. Just don’t blame us if they call you asking where the power switch is.
