Shabba-Dabba

A new band from the Makeshift Music family, Shabbadoo celebrates the release of its new album, Pajama, with a show Friday night at the Hi-Tone. The psychedelic pop act features Joey Pegram, Andy Saunders, Andrew McColgan, Corey Crowder, and Brendan Danley (Makeshift’s resident mix engineer) and lilting tunes with names like “Bubble” and “Breakfast Burrito.” Think 80s Pink Floyd meets 90s lo-fi. The show Friday night will feature custom visual effects, so it’ll be sort of like a Pink Palace laser light show — but with booze. (Doors at 9; $5)
