I’m off for a well deserved break–although you know how that goes. Like a man told me on the phone yesterday “Don’t you know when you take time off you have to leave town?” He’s got a point, because even though I’m going to be off for a week, I’ve got a zillion things to do.

While I’m gone, Fredric is going to post, and I’ll try to do the same periodically. I’m cooking my first paella over an open fire on Saturday for my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday, and I’ll be sure to let you know how that goes. Everyone have a great holiday!
